Use the tracking number, not your order number. Enter 5–80 letters, numbers, spaces or hyphens. Results open on 17TRACK, an external tracking service, in a new tab. Carrier updates may be delayed and do not show a continuous exact location.

No tracking email or update?

Processing occurs before carrier handoff; transit begins after handoff. Contact us for current processing and transit estimates or help with an existing order. Any specific shipping commitment given with your order remains applicable.

A label or “information received” status does not confirm dispatch. If your email is missing or tracking stops updating, contact Customer Support with your order number and purchase email.

Shipping and delivery problems

Shipping is free within the United States. See our Shipping Policy for delayed dispatch, carrier delays and missing parcels. If tracking says delivered but you did not receive the package, contact us so we can investigate.
